I didn’t flinch or anything. definitely I think it’s the best thing; having this app I recommend to everyone who is struggling this app is so important for everyone who is trying to reach out for support and help and my heart and soul feels at peace and no anxiety or depression.
I’ve been to 2 different professional and they didn’t listen and they jumped and looked at me like if they seen a ghost of there past . I say that every single person who is struggling with addiction in recovery ❤️🩹 needs likeminded people who will help others in future..

it was exceptionally easy to navigate .. the prompts were perfect as I had no idea were to start with the video and when I got of track I just looked at the next promp also the guided videos before the task help alot to. for me I'm still not completely comfortable but I'm going to continue and with time that will come and hopefully my videos will be longer and more meaningful for my self. i. I would indeed recommend encapsulatour.

It’s excellent Can’t wait to look back on it When I’m fully or you could say more recovered because I’m not sure if anyone’s ever fully recovered. I found the program great, the steps were very clear and easy to understand. No, not really not this stage I thought the program was well thought out. Very likely.
