Your 24/7 Recovery Companion

Program Detail

This program is a powerful companion tool for anyone already on their recovery journey. Whether you’re participating in a formal program, working with a sponsor, or navigating recovery independently, this self-reflection tool is here to support you.

Through five structured activities, you’ll set meaningful goals, identify triggers, build healthy habits, and celebrate your progress. Alongside these activities, you’ll have access to a Daily Inventory tool, allowing you to reflect on your thoughts, challenges, and achievements each day.

Using video journaling, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, document your growth, and create a personal record of your journey—all in a private, judgement-free space. Whether you prefer video, audio, or text, this program helps you stay accountable, motivated, and focused on your recovery.

This program isn’t a replacement for your existing recovery work, but an additional tool to help you reflect, track your daily progress, and measure your growth. Let it guide you to a stronger, more fulfilling recovery.

I'm impressed its free fully love that. I can journal daily and then look back on how I look now and what ive videoed to my future self. the differences from now to the future. the way I look now to what I can look like in the future self respect dont look drawn happy again. it will be a shock thinking I'm hiding my addiction but in reality I'm not.. there is no pressure do this in your own time.. no for me its easy and well presented. anything to get me off the drugs 60yrs old this year so been a very long history of addiction. rehab didn't work for me detox can do standing on my head till I get out. this holds me accountable for my actions..
