Wellness Over Worry

Anxiety is described as the feeling of fear or uneasiness in areas of your life and is usually most prominent when looking into your future. We wrestle with the idea of everything going wrong or what will others think and with these ideas we find ourselves asking questions like “What could happen, what will happen?”

It’s within those questions that this program was founded.

The wellness over worry program focuses on supporting your mindset in creating constructive thoughts and emotions and attaching these to your future self. Through video journaling you’ll be prompted to answer questions that invite you to pull apart your worries and replace them with a content vision of what your future could hold, without the constant worrying or “What if?”
