The appreciation program invites you to do just that. Perhaps it’s a message to your future self, a celebratory moment you want to acknowledge, a memory to share with a loved one or simply a message of adoration, appreciation, and care.

Through reflective questions you will create a video as if it were a time capsule, seal it away and open it when the time is right, when the moment seems fitting, on the day of your choice.
