As the saying goes “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get” and I’m sure there have been many times in your life when you’ve consistently gotten the one chocolate you don’t want.

So how do you find joy, happiness, positivity, the good chocolate in parts of your life that you feel don’t deserve appreciation and that are more deserving of emotions like guilt, anger, frustration or hurt. You see it’s easy in the moment to feel a certain way and to choose only to see it for what it is, rather than what it could be, what’s lurking beneath the surface or what life is trying to teach you.

Within the positive psychology program you are given the tools to find those silver linings, to see the positives in life lessons, to fill your cup first and to find your value even on those rainy days, holding a box of chocolates you didn’t want.

Through video journaling you’re encouraged to discover and nurture your character, your strengths, correct the inconsistencies and to find your happiness in order to improve an overall quality of life.

I guess what I'm to say is. It may not always be clear, it definitely isn’t always enjoyable or easy, but it is life and I promise if you take the time to find its meaning, to find your meaning, it’s worth it, even with the rain, even with the chocolates.
